I joined Nordhaven in 1998 and have been Managing Partner of Nordhaven’s Helsinki office since December 2018. Over the past 20 years I have led numerous domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and projects across various sectors, with a particular emphasis on Business Services and Tech. I previously served as a board member of NetHawk (provider of network testing and measurement tools), Green Stream Network (emission allowances broker), and PCA Infocom Finance (IT investment firm). Prior to joining Nordhaven, I worked for IVO International (now ÅF).

I hold an M.Sc. (Econ.) degree in finance from the Aalto University School of Business in Helsinki.

In my free time I enjoy all kinds of sports, particularly long-distance running and skiing. Additionally, I like to spend time in our summer cottage in the Finnish Archipelago.

I joined Nordhaven in 2000 and since 2018 have been the Managing Partner of the Oslo office. Over the past 20 years I have been fully dedicated to cross-border and domestic M&A dealmaking and led numerous deals,particularly in the technology and business services space. Previously, I was Head of Research and Senior Financial Analyst at HQ Technology / Haqströmer and Qviberg, covering the technology sector. I also worked as managing consultant for Gemini Consulting focusing on strategy and technology. At Q-Free ASA I worked as a software developer.

My higher education is Siviløkonomstudiet from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration, and Sivilingeniør (Bsc.Hon) in Computer Science from UMIST.

I used to spend my free time doing competitive sailing – but now I’m desperately trying to improve my golf handicap, and dreaming about unfinished aspirations in climbing.

I am one of the two founding partners of Nordhaven Norway from back in 1997.  During the last 25 years I have assisted our clients in cross-border M&A transactions, international trade-sales, and equity issues within a number of different sectors.

During the earlier phase of my career I gained considerable industrial Tech experience by having been Executive Vice President and a member of the board of Scala Inc. As part of my experience, I have also served on a number of other growth boards.

I hold a B.Sc. Hon. of Management Sciences from Manchester University.

I spend much of my free time with close family and friends. My favourite activity is singlehanded solo-sailing.

I joined Nordhaven in 1996. Over the past 20 years I have led a number of significant client projects, including M&A, share issues for publicly traded companies, and also fundraising for growth companies in multiple sectors including Consumer, Industrials, Business services and Technology. Prior to joining Nordhaven I worked at Investa Asset Management from 1993-1996, and for several years I was an equity analyst at Kansallis-Osake-Pankki (now Nordea).

 In my free time I enjoy sports, boating and spending time with the family.

I joined Nordhaven in 1999 and have over 20 years’ experience in corporate finance. I have led numerous domestic and cross-border transactions for private companies, publicly traded companies, and private equity companies across various sectors, especially Consumer and Healthcare.

I hold an M.Sc. (Econ.) degree in finance from the University of Vaasa and Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Lapland.

In my free time I enjoy encouraging my daughters on the football pitch – as they develop their skills in sports and life, and taking long walks in the nearby national park with my wife and our dog.

I joined Nordhaven in 1996 and was the Managing Partner of Nordhaven Finland between 2007-2018. My broad experience covers M&A, financial structuring and fundraising projects in various sectors including Industrials, Consumer, Healthcare, and Construction related sectors. Prior to my investment banking career, I worked in various finance & accounting related roles.

I hold an M.Sc. (Econ.) degree in finance from the Aalto University School of Business in Helsinki and an MBA from the Moore School of Business, USA.

In my free time I enjoy various outdoor activities such as golfing, cross-country skiing and mushroom hunting.

I joined Nordhaven in 2011 and have been a partner in the Nordhaven Oslo office since September 2018. Over the past decade I have led numerous domestic and cross-border transactions for private companies and private equity firms across various sectors, in particular Tech and Business Services. Prior to joining Nordhaven, I worked with corporate strategy at Leif Höegh & Co.

I hold an M.Sc. (Econ.) degree in finance from Bayes (Cass) Business School in London.

In my free time I enjoy learning new things – and because of this I take up a new sport once a year.  I also spend time doing more traditional activities such as hunting, boating, and cross-country skiing.

I joined Nordhaven in 2017 and have extensive experience in M&A transactions and debt & capital structuring across various sectors, especially Business Services, Industrial, and Healthcare. Prior to Nordhaven, I worked for over 20 years in private equity and debt & capital advisory at 3i and KPMG. I have also served actively on a number of boards.  I’m responsible for debt and capital advisory at Nordhaven Finland.

I hold an M.Sc. (Eng.) degree in industrial management from the Aalto University.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, especially at the summer house. Additionally, I like a good book and I enjoy singing.

I joined Nordhaven in 2019 as a Partner with the Debt & Capital Advisory team. I have 20 years of versatile debt advisory experience. Previously, I worked as Head of Corporate Sales & Client Financing at Garantia, Managing Partner at Summa Capital Markets and Deputy Head of Corporate Banking Finland at Danske Bank, among other positions. I also have client-side experience from my time as Group Treasurer at Componenta Corporation.

I hold an M.Sc. (Eng.) degree in mechanical engineering from Aalto University.

In my free time I enjoy outdoor activities with my family. I’m a huge fan of hunting, downhill skiing, and windsurfing.

I joined Nordhaven in 2018 and have been a partner in the Nordhaven Oslo office since January 2023. I have substantial M&A experience from a broad spectrum of situations and across various sectors, especially within Tech and Business Services. Prior to joining Nordhaven I gained experience from EY and SEB.  

I hold an M.Sc. degree in Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

In my free time I enjoy a balanced mix of spending time in the nature and eating great food  – both activities preferably shared with close friends and family.

I joined Nordhaven in 2012. I have over 15 years’ experience in corporate finance and strategy. At Nordhaven, I have worked on several M&A transactions across sectors, such as Industrials, Software, tech & digital, and Consumer. Prior to Nordhaven, I worked for Sanoma’s strategy and M&A department, and for Ernst & Young Corporate Finance.

I hold an M.Sc. (Econ.) degree in finance from the Aalto University School of Business in Helsinki.

In my free time I enjoy all kinds of racket sports, and you can call me a beer connoisseur as well.

I have nearly 15 years of experience in M&A and corporate finance. I first worked at Nordhaven between 2010-2016, and returned after two years at UPM where I gained experience in global M&A projects within the Industrial sector. I work in various M&A and fundraising projects across sectors such as Healthcare, Business Services, and Consumer.

I hold an M.Sc. (Econ.) degree in finance from Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki.

In my free time I wind down by spending time with my family and enjoying all kinds of racket sports – especially floorball, where I coach an own team.

I joined Nordhaven in 2017 and have since this time participated in M&A, incentive and debt & capital advisory projects in various sectors, especially within Software, tech & digital, Business services, and Consumer. Prior to Nordhaven, I worked in derivatives sales at Nordea Markets. 

I hold an M.Sc. (Econ.) degree in finance from the Aalto University School of Business in Helsinki.

In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and staying active through various sports on and off the field.

I joined Nordhaven in 2017 and have since then participated in M&A and debt & capital advisory projects in various sectors, especially within Consumer and Industrials. Prior to Nordhaven, I worked as an analyst at Nokia in Finland, Germany, and Taiwan, participating in M&A and strategy projects in 2016-2017. Before 2016, I gained experience through internships from Vaaka Partners, MCF Corporate Finance, and BearingPoint.

I hold an M.Sc. (Econ.) degree in finance from the University of Vaasa.

In my free time I enjoy hunting and techno.

Since joining Nordhaven in 2016 I’ve participated in M&A, incentive, and debt & capital advisory projects in various sectors, especially Consumer, Industrials and Healthcare. Prior to Nordhaven, I worked as a trainee at KPMG.

I hold an M.Sc. (Econ.) degree in finance from the University of Vaasa. 

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and doing various sports. More specifically, I’m an enthusiastic equestrian!

I joined Nordhaven in 2019, and I have more than seven years’ experience with M&A, transactions and advisory. At Nordhaven I have worked on several M&A transactions, sell-side and buy-side, for both public and private companies. Prior to Nordhaven I worked for five years at Deloitte, mainly focused on financial due diligence issues for transactions in the Nordic market.

I hold a Master of M.Sc. in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School.

In my free time I enjoy hunting, sports, and social time with family and friends.

Since joining Nordhaven in 2020 I have participated in M&A and debt & capital advisory projects across various sectors. Prior to Nordhaven I worked with corporate debt transactions at Nordea and OP Corporate Bank.

I hold an M.Sc. (Finance and Investments) degree in finance from the Rotterdam School of Management.  

In my free time I enjoy a variety of sports such as gym, swimming and skiing. In addition, I’m a keen outdoorsman and enjoy especially fishing in Finnish Lapland.  

I joined Nordhaven's Oslo office in 2023. I have experience from buy-side and sell-side transactions across a broad spectrum of industries.

Prior to Nordhaven, I worked for two years at EY-Parthenon in Oslo, where I specialized in Strategy and Commercial Due Diligence. I also have Corporate Finance experience from Pareto Securities in Copenhagen. 

I hold an M.Sc. in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School (CBS) and officer education from the Royal Norwegian Navy.

In my free time I enjoy the great outdoors, staying physically active and reading a good book.

In 2023, I became a part of Nordhaven's Oslo office. I have experience from buy-side and sell-side transactions across a broad spectrum of industries, especially within the TMT sector.

Before joining Nordhaven, I worked for two years at EY's Strategy and Transactions team in Oslo, where I specialised in Financial Due Diligence across the Nordic region.

I hold an M.Sc. in Business, with a Major in Finance from Norwegian Business School (BI).

I enjoy social activities, travelling, great food and sports in my free time.

I rejoined Nordhaven in 2023, having previously worked as an analyst intern with the Company in 2021. Between my two stints at Nordhaven, I gained valuable experience as an analyst intern at Aventum Partners, where I was involved in M&A advisory.

I hold an M.Sc. (Econ.) degree in finance from the Aalto University School of Business in Helsinki.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active by playing golf, participating in physical challenges, and spending quality time with my loved ones.

I began my internship at Nordhaven in August 2024.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). Prior to joining Nordhaven, I gained experience from different firms and roles, including the financial newspaper Finansavisen and the private capital investment division at Montin.

Outside of work, I enjoy doing physical activities such as triathlon as well as engaging in social activities with friends and family.

I joined Nordhaven in 2024. Prior to joining Nordhaven, I worked as an Investment Advisor at the wealth management company Mandatum, where I served both individual and business clients. I have also served as a United Nations peacekeeper.

I hold a B.Sc. degree in Accounting from LUT University in Lappeenranta. I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Accounting.

Outside of work, I am a passionate angler, and I play American football.

I returned to Nordhaven in 2024 after a brief hiatus, having initially worked with the company between 2022 and 2023. Before joining Nordhaven, I gained experience in bank regulatory reporting at ALM Partners.

I am currently completing a Master's degree in Finance at Aalto University School of Business in Helsinki.

In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family, and staying active through hockey, padel and gym workouts.

I joined Nordhaven as an Analyst Intern in August 2024. Prior to Nordhaven, I gained valuable experience at EY and UBS in Sweden, as well as in capital markets at JLL in Finland.

I am currently awaiting graduation with an M.Sc. (Econ.) degree in Finance from Hanken School of Economics.

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with loved ones and staying active, whether it's on the golf course, in the gym, or playing padel.

I joined Nordhaven as a partner in 2002. Before this I was Head of Corporate Finance at Alfred Berg Norway, Director of Research & Corporate Finance at Sundal & Collier, Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co, and Director at Centragruppen Kapitalforvaltning. I have 30 years’ experience with national and international M&A transactions from a broad specter of industries and situations.

I hold an M.Sc. degree in Marine Technology from NTNU Norway and a BA degree in Business Administration from Norwegian Business School (BI).

In my free time, I enjoy family time, skiing (especially telemark), golf, sailing and boating.

I rejoined Nordhaven in 2020. I am responsible for the administrative functions at Nordhaven Finland. I previously worked at Nordhaven from 2014-2019 and returned after one year in London.

I hold a BBA from the Vaasa University of Applied Sciences.

In my free time I enjoy travelling, sports, and spending quality time with my friends and family.
