I joined Nordhaven in 2000 and since 2018 have been the Managing Partner of the Oslo office. Over the past 20 years I have been fully dedicated to cross-border and domestic M&A dealmaking and led numerous deals,particularly in the technology and business services space. Previously, I was Head of Research and Senior Financial Analyst at HQ Technology / Haqströmer and Qviberg, covering the technology sector. I also worked as managing consultant for Gemini Consulting focusing on strategy and technology. At Q-Free ASA I worked as a software developer.
My higher education is Siviløkonomstudiet from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration, and Sivilingeniør (Bsc.Hon) in Computer Science from UMIST.
I used to spend my free time doing competitive sailing – but now I’m desperately trying to improve my golf handicap, and dreaming about unfinished aspirations in climbing.
I am one of the two founding partners of Nordhaven Norway from back in 1997. During the last 25 years I have assisted our clients in cross-border M&A transactions, international trade-sales, and equity issues within a number of different sectors.
During the earlier phase of my career I gained considerable industrial Tech experience by having been Executive Vice President and a member of the board of Scala Inc. As part of my experience, I have also served on a number of other growth boards.
I hold a B.Sc. Hon. of Management Sciences from Manchester University.
I spend much of my free time with close family and friends. My favourite activity is singlehanded solo-sailing.
I joined Nordhaven in 2011 and have been a partner in the Nordhaven Oslo office since September 2018. Over the past decade I have led numerous domestic and cross-border transactions for private companies and private equity firms across various sectors, in particular Tech and Business Services. Prior to joining Nordhaven, I worked with corporate strategy at Leif Höegh & Co.
I hold an M.Sc. (Econ.) degree in finance from Bayes (Cass) Business School in London.
In my free time I enjoy learning new things – and because of this I take up a new sport once a year. I also spend time doing more traditional activities such as hunting, boating, and cross-country skiing.
I joined Nordhaven in 2018 and have been a partner since January 2023. I have substantial M&A experience from a broad spectrum of situations and across various sectors, especially within Tech and Business Services. Prior to joining Nordhaven I gained experience from EY and SEB.

In my free time I enjoy a balanced mix of spending time in the nature and eating great food – both activities preferably shared with close friends and family.
I joined Nordhaven in 2019, and I have more than seven years’ experience with M&A, transactions and advisory. At Nordhaven I have worked on several M&A transactions, sell-side and buy-side, for both public and private companies. Prior to Nordhaven I worked for five years at Deloitte, mainly focused on financial due diligence issues for transactions in the Nordic market.
I hold a Master of M.Sc. in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School.
In my free time I enjoy hunting, sports, and social time with family and friends.

Prior to Nordhaven, I worked for two years at EY-Parthenon in Oslo, where I specialized in Strategy and Commercial Due Diligence. I also have Corporate Finance experience from Pareto Securities in Copenhagen.
I hold an M.Sc. in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School (CBS) and officer education from the Royal Norwegian Navy.
In my free time I enjoy the great outdoors, staying physically active and reading a good book.
In 2023, I became a part of Nordhaven's Oslo office. I have experience from buy-side and sell-side transactions across a broad spectrum of industries, especially within the TMT sector.
Before joining Nordhaven, I worked for two years at EY's Strategy and Transactions team in Oslo, where I specialised in Financial Due Diligence across the Nordic region.
I hold an M.Sc. in Business, with a Major in Finance from Norwegian Business School (BI).

I joined Nordhaven’s Oslo office as an analyst in the fall of 2024.
Prior to joining Nordhaven, I had two years of experience from Deloitte’s Financial Advisory practice, specializing in financial due diligence. During this period, I gained broad experience working on both buy- and sell-side engagements across several industries.
My educational background comprises a BSc from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and an MSc in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School (CBS).
Outside work, I enjoy spending time in the outdoors doing cross-country skiing and enjoying culinary experiences with friends and family.
I began my internship at Nordhaven in August 2024.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). Prior to joining Nordhaven, I gained experience from different firms and roles, including the financial newspaper Finansavisen and the private capital investment division at Montin.
Outside of work, I enjoy doing physical activities such as triathlon as well as engaging in social activities with friends and family.
I joined Nordhaven in 2002. Before this I was Head of Corporate Finance at Alfred Berg Norway, Director of Research & Corporate Finance at Sundal & Collier, Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co, and Director at Centragruppen Kapitalforvaltning. I have 30 years’ experience with national and international M&A transactions from a broad specter of industries and situations.
I hold an M.Sc. degree in Marine Technology from NTNU Norway and a BA degree in Business Administration from Norwegian Business School (BI).
In my free time, I enjoy family time, skiing (especially telemark), golf, sailing and boating.
